Some couple needs to warm up their smile before we get those wonderful photos.
That’s true for Andrea and Allan.
It took us a while before the camera capture their loving and wonderful sides.
Here are the images from this afternoon engagement shoot. 
In our family we usually meet up once a week in our grandparents’ home. There we talk about life, business and family.
Occasionally, I teach my younger cousins (I’m the first grandson and the first in the cousinhood) how to use DSLR and how to shoot almost anything. Some of the snapshots during our last get together.
Kids are lucky nowadays. They have yayas, Play Stations and all sorts of gadgets. Me? I was content with street games. Syato was my personal favorite hehe.
In life and in love, you can never tell what God will give you.
Richie and Ivy never met for years, even if they went to the same High School, the same Canteen, and the same Church.
But as the saying goes, ‘There’s always someone for everyone.’
And so they met after college. But 3 months after they met, Richie had to leave for the US for more than a year.
Still they communicated through email and maintained their connection.
When Richie came back, Ivy had to leave for Japan for more than a year also.
But as fate would put it, their love prevailed. That’s what lovers call Serendipity.
This week is another prenup week for me.
I have another prenup tomorrow and on friday (Nov 30).

Life is a banquet.
And the tragedy is that most people are starving to death. That’s what I’m really talking about.
There’s a nice story about some people who were on a raft off the coast of Brazil perishing from thirst.
They had no idea that the water they are floating on was fresh water. The river was coming out into the sea with such force that it went out for a couple of miles, so they had fresh water right there where they were. But they had no idea.
In the same way, we’re surrounded with joy, with happiness, with love.

I like taking photos of kids.
Every once in a while, I see the angelic side of the child and it really pays to be patient.
Here, the baby girl is looking back at me while mom is looking towards the SM North Entertainment stage. Though the shot is grainy because of the high ISO, I still like the way she smiled at me, as if saying ‘Someday I’m going to be a model.’

So far all my HDDs are still intact, but the saying about HDD is still true, ‘Its not ‘IF’ but ‘WHEN’ the hard disk will fail’.
Sooner or later, the mechanical parts will fail through wear and tear, too much heat, etc. Like other electronic equipment, you should be aware of its life expectancy. For HDD, I read that its around 3-5yrs or earlier.
Last September, I found out about Xyon Systems and Services through a business meeting. I haven’t tried their services yet, but I know some photographers who are satisfied with Christopher’s work. You can check their website here.
Hmm. I think I should google some of the best practices in backing up data and put them into practice. When backup fails (and they eventually will), only experts like Xyon Systems can help you recover your data and those precious, precious photos.

I saw this news this morning in yahoo.
Serendipity? Interesting I thought to myself, is it possible here in our MRT and LRT?
I mean, how many people are commuting from Makati to North edsa, and vice-versa? Thousands right? But I don’t know anyone (aside from me ), who really experienced love at first sight.
